James Vultaggio currently serves as Vice President at ATCO EnPower, a global entity within Canadian Utilities Ltd. and the ATCO Group of Companies.

In his role as Vice President, James oversees Business Development, Project and Commercial Development, Corporate Development, and Strategy for ATCO EnPower. He and his team are at the forefront of the energy transition, delivering innovative and integrated energy solutions in Canada and Mexico.

With over 15 years of experience at ATCO and Canadian Utilities, James has held various positions. Most recently, he was Vice President of Investments for Canadian Utilities' regulated utility business, ATCO Energy Systems, where he managed corporate development and strategy for electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets in Alberta. His previous roles include General Manager of Ontario at ATCO Structures, Investments Manager at Neltume Ports in Santiago, Chile, and Senior Manager of the Electric Global Business Unit.

James holds a Bachelor of Applied Financial Services from Mount Royal University, where he was Valedictorian, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
