Marion N. Chivot-Legris is a recognized leader and currently serves as the Director of ESG & Sustainability Strategy at Edmonton International Airports (YEG), where she plays a key role in driving transformative change, fostering innovation, and building strong partnerships to advance sustainability and inclusion.

With over 15 years of experience in international and multicultural environments, Marion is dedicated to advancing sustainable business development. At YEG, she leads a team of experts focused on embedding ESG principles into the organization’s strategy and operations, with initiatives spanning the Truth and Reconciliation journey, social impact, the Net-Zero roadmap, and the exploration of hydrogen applications.

Previously, as the Head of Sustainability – North America for Air France – KLM, Marion led impactful programs to address pressing environmental and social challenges, fueled by her unwavering dedication to sustainability and passion for the aviation industry.

Marion has also held senior sustainability roles at Société Générale, a leading European banking group, where she led initiatives addressing both environmental and social issues. Her leadership has consistently centered on creating positive impact through collaboration and integrating sustainability into business practices.

Marion holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and an MBA in Sustainability Strategy from Excelia La Rochelle Business School in France. She also earned a Master’s degree in Law, Economics, and Management with a specialization in Strategic Management for Sustainable Development from IAE Poitiers University Management School in France.
