Rob Booker is Chief Executive Officer of Trigon Pacific Terminals Limited in Prince Rupert, BC, where he leads Trigon’s diversification into Western Canada’s leading export hub for low-carbon energy exports, in addition to overseeing all aspects of the existing terminal facilities.

During his time at Trigon, Mr. Booker has successfully secured $75 million in National Trade Corridors Funding for its Berth Two Beyond Carbon project, while working with a wide range of leading Canadian companies, Asia-Pacific trading partners and elected officials to advance two additional major infrastructure projects.

With a keen focus on strengthening of relationships with Indigenous partners and the broader community, he has demonstrated success in delivering transformational change and continuous improvement in import-export trans-shipment operations.
In prior roles, he has been responsible for the handling of virtually all bulk material and bulk liquid products imported or exported from the west coast of Canada. A geologist by training, Mr. Booker previously served as senior vice president of a major Vancouver bulk marine terminal and has led multiple multi-million-dollar capital projects.

Mr. Booker is currently the Chair of the Team Canada Ammonia Working Group, Chair of the BC Maritime Terminal Operators Association, on the Board of WESTAC and is also Chair of the Port Users Nominating Committee for the Port of Prince Rupert. Since 2021, Mr. Booker has been recognized annually by Business in Vancouver as one of the 500 most influential business leaders in the province.
